These terms govern your use of the website at spirefold.io (the “Site”), operated by Spirefold Innovations Private Limited (“Spirefold”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
02Our products are governed separately
The Site describes Spirefold and the products we build and operate. Each product — for example Classanza — has its own terms of service and privacy policy, published on that product’s website and inside the product. Your use of a product is governed by those documents, not by these terms.
03Ownership
The Site and everything on it — text, design, graphics, the Spirefold name and mark, and the names and marks of our products — are owned by or licensed to Spirefold and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or use any part of it commercially, or use our names or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation, without our written permission.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting or any connected system;
- interfere with the Site’s operation, including by overloading it or introducing malicious code;
- scrape or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing;
- use the Site in any way that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.
05Third-party links
The Site may link to websites we do not control, including our products’ own sites and app-store listings. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, and a link does not imply endorsement. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
06Information on the Site
We take care to keep the Site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information about our company. It is not an offer, a contract or professional advice. Product descriptions, availability, timelines and features may change without notice. Statements about future products are statements of intent and may not come to pass.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spirefold disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of it or your reliance on its content. 08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
09Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top tells you which version applies. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
