This website is operated by Spirefold Innovations Private Limited (“Spirefold”, “we”, “us”), a technology company based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We build and operate software products. For anything to do with personal data, write to privacy@spirefold.io.
02What this policy covers
This policy covers the website at spirefold.io and its pages only. It does not cover our products. Each product — for example Classanza — publishes its own privacy policy on its own website and inside the product, because each product handles different data for different reasons. If you are looking for how a product treats your data, read that product’s policy.
03What we collect
The website has no accounts, no forms that store data, and no analytics or advertising trackers. The personal data that can reach us through it is limited to:
- Hosting logs. Like every website, ours is served by a hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting). When you request a page, the provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the time of the request and the referring page. These logs exist to deliver the site and to detect abuse.
- Email you send us. If you write to one of our addresses, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence.
04How we use it
We use hosting logs to serve the website reliably, to maintain its security and to investigate misuse. We use email you send us to respond to you and, where relevant, to act on a request — for example a data-protection request about one of our products, which we will route to the right team. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use website data for advertising or profiling.
05Cookies and fonts
We do not set cookies on this website, and we do not use third-party analytics. If that changes we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
The website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When a font loads, your browser requests it from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request. Google’s handling of that request is described in Google’s privacy policy. We are reviewing serving these fonts from our own domain to remove this request entirely.
06Who we share it with
We share website data only with the service providers needed to run the site — currently our hosting provider and our email provider — and only for those purposes. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Spirefold, its users or the public.

08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data. In India these are set out in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; in Malaysia, the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. In general you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- erase your data where we no longer need it;
- stop or limit a particular use of your data, or withdraw consent you have given.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@spirefold.io. We will confirm receipt, may ask you to verify your identity, and will respond within the time the applicable law allows. If you are in India and are not satisfied with our response, you may raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer at the same address, and thereafter with the Data Protection Board of India.
09Children
This website is a corporate site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through it. Where a Spirefold product may be used by or on behalf of minors, that product’s own policy sets out the specific protections that apply, including parental consent and private-by-default settings.
10Where data is processed
Our hosting and email providers operate infrastructure in several countries, so data may be processed outside the country you live in, including outside India. Where we transfer data across borders we do so only to providers that offer appropriate safeguards, and in line with the restrictions the applicable law places on such transfers.
11Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the website or the law changes. The effective date at the top tells you which version you are reading. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
